Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

The production line was not focused on the customer. Portions served was a joke. - skimp. Cashier can't count manually. Kitchen was not at its best presentation. I came out of that place smelling like a kitchen as the exhaust fan was not running. So disappointed @coral Springs Chipotle first and last visit.

I could eat here everyday, I love their burritos. I recommend the Barbacoa and chicken burrito

This Chipotle has gone downhill! The tables are dirty, the music is so loud you have to yell to be heard. Forget about having a normal conversation if you are sitting with someone. Even the sweet tea was watered down! It's sad thi an used to be a nice place to get lunch!

Went there last night and had to up my review. I'm not a big fan of corporate restaurants, but this one has some fresh food, big portions, for a good price and fast friendly service. One thing I just learned is that you can get any burrito doubled wrapped (two tortillas) at no extra charge. Having my chicken burrito wrapped this way made the whole thing nice and tight. Really wonderful eats. Remember to tell them Dan sent you for a nice double wrapped chicken burrito, loaded, and an ice cold Corona Light. Stay Hungry!

Very clean place, service is pretty fast and I always leave happy and full. Love the new corn tortilla tacos.

Love chipotle! However this location is one of the worst I've been to, the stuff is rude most of the time and unfriendly. The portions are rather small, as they seem not to give as much, as elsewhere. Management needs some serious improvement

Real stingy on the chicken, they act like its a rare bird, have to order double meat to even be close to a respectable amount. And you can tell me the meat is organic or green or the cows and chickens were raised by hippies until your blue in the face, but that meat quality is still suspect if you want chx rice beans and hot sauce go to la brasa or la granja for a much better value and just food in general, and i prefer pollo trop also cus at least you get an actual breast, that being said if its your only option its not bad

Come on ... it is Chipotle. I love their food. I love their iphone app. I love the Willy Nelson commercial/music video they did. When I am struggling for a dinner decision with my wife I always know that a suggestion of Chipotle will help get it done. Booyah.

3:30 pm, Tuesday. Why are the sprinklers on at the front entrance? Dining area was in need of cleanup on multiple tables. One of two garbage cans was missing in the interior dining area. Ordered a burrito bowl with black beans + veggies. I expect the rice to taste the same no matter what location, but here, it was missing the flavor expected.

The place is good, well staffed, quick service. Not as clean as most Chipotles I have visited.

LOVE the food...HATE the employees that work here. They act like their ass is payin for the chicken, steak or whatever meat you order. They scoop it on the spoon and wiggle it to fall off the spoon. I always ask for double meat because of this, then my food ends up being double the price and it's yummy taste is sometimes not even worth the aggravation those douche bags give me. guacamole is very good also extra $. At least you get free refills on the soda

This place is disgusting... The employees have body piercings and neck tattoos , get real

I never quite understood how a burrito stock could be worth close to $300 a share until I walked into this establishment and became instantly hooked!! The ingredients are as fresh as any you'll find at the closest farmers market. The sauces are perfectly balanced from mild to SPICY HOT!! Chipotle managed to take a simple peasant food and turn it into something really special, all for under $10! Finally a place where you can actually enjoy a simple mexican treat the way it was meant to be enjoyed, with a nice FREEZING COLD BEER!! I am now a devote follower of this chain!

Love chipotle but this location is gradually declining in my opinion. It's always backed up and the employees look like there overwhelmed and don't know what to do . If you're in a rush don't come to this location.

Chipotle is a franchise that I trust. Their food, if prepared correctly, is delicious! However, this Chipotle location is not my favorite. The dining area is usually dirty, and there are never enough cutlery at the condiment station. It is a very busy location, I think it's the only one in Coral Springs, so be prepared to wait at any time of day. I went 2 times in the last 3 days (I haven't had Chipotle in a while!). Their serving size is dismal; usually at other Chipotles, they stack the burrito bowl so high, I always get food stuck to the top lid and have to scrape it off before eating. This did not happen with either of my bowls. I placed my second order online and returned home only to find that my order was wrong. There was no lettuce, cheese, salsa, or guac (which costs extra!)... basically half my order was missing. When you place a web order, you just have to read down the list and place the corresponding items in the bowl. I returned immediately, and while the person who helped me complete my order wasn't rude, he was just...incredulous...and...slow... My lesson learned: check your order before you leave the restaurant. More helpful: drive an extra 10 minutes to another location and get better service there.

By far the SLOWEST location I have EVER been to. Every single time I am here I am waiting at least 20-30 minutes. Everytime the employees are screwing around laughing with eachother, which is great, however not at customers expense, they are too busy to pay attention to what you ask for, and then give you a dirty look when you raise your voice to get their attention. Then once they do, you recieve a tiny portion, and have to ask again. Chipotle needs to send in some secret shoppers or something. From this point on , new location. Likely worth the ten minute extra drive. Been in line since 7:30. Its now 7:57. I have moved about 5 feet

Dirty dinning room. Skimp on portions. Food trash outside around the front entrance. A lot of employees and nothing outside of the kitchen being tended to. Management and training are lacking.
